All of our parcels are shipped with DHL Next Day delivery.
You will be notified via text or email with your tracking information and when your delivery is expected to arrive.
As a Vegan run business, we are constantly striving to improve our packaging materials, using recycled materials where necessary.
We need a minimum of 3 working days from when you order for your goods to arrive. That’s from our oven’s to your door! To see what delivery days are available please refer to the Calendar at the checkout. Please note that Cake orders may require a longer lead time so please get in touch for our next available collection date.
We use DHL Next Day, this means that you get a prompt delivery from one of the best delivery companies in the UK. Please note that this delivery method is not 100% guaranteed to arrive on the day you select.
If you are based in Gravesend we can deliver to you direct at no extra cost. For large scale orders, we may use a reliable courier or use our own Vegan Antics delivery service.
Please note that we do not ship Cakes. Cakes must be collected from our Bakery in Gravesend. Please get in touch by using our Contact Us page to get a delivery quote and to find out the next available collection date.
We have over a 99% success rate on deliveries arriving on time, however, if you are concerned that your delivery needs to arrive 100% we recommend that you select the day prior of your original arrival to avoid any disappointment.
We are NOT responsible for your order arriving late, as this is beyond our control.
As a 100% Vegan owned company we are passionate about helping the environment and so we are always in pursuit of using recycled materials when necessary and innovating new ideas to further improve product safety while in transport.
All of the materials used for packaging can be recycled so please do your best to recycle them, planet Earth need’s us!
Please note that we do everything in our power to ensure that your order arrives on the day you request and that we do our utmost to ensure that products do not get damaged in transit, however in the event that you receive a damaged product this is not our responsibility. We send products in immaculate condition. If you are completely dissatisfied with your experience with us then please get in touch on our Contact Us page and we will try to resolve any issues that you have.
We will always post your purchases the day before you want them to arrive as royal mail aims to deliver within 24hrs however if your order arrives later than this then we apologise however we are not responsible and it is likely that your delivery will arrive later that day or the following day. We do offer a guaranteed delivery option upon check out.
