Prompt, Friendly & Eco Conscious

Our parcels are shipped out with Royal Mail Tracked 24 & we only use bio-degradable and fully recycled/recyclable packaging.

Your Delivery Date

At the checkout you will be asked to select a date in our shipping date calendar, the date you select is that date that we will ship your order, so it will arrive 1-2 days after your selected date.

Please note that our shipping service, Royal Mail 24 Tracked is a next day service from your chosen shipping date however we cannot fully guarantee this so please be prepared that it may arrive late. As a guide, Royal Mail 24 arrives between 1-3 days.

We are not responsible for any orders arriving late as this is out of our control however we do apologise if this situation arises.

Delivery Disclaimer

Please note that we do everything in our power to ensure that your order arrives on the day you request and that we do our utmost to ensure that products do not get damaged in transit, however in the event that you receive a damaged product due to transit this is not our responsibility.

We send products in immaculate condition. If you are completely dissatisfied with your experience with us then please get in touch on our contact page and we will try to resolve any issues that you have.

We will always post your purchases  on the day you selected during checkout. Your order will arrive 1-3 days after this date;  we are not responsible for late deliveries, but will always try to help where we can.

Order Tracking

You should get an email and/or text with your tracking information as soon as your order is despatched, if you did not get your tracking number please get in touch.

Availability

We need a minimum of 2 working days from when you would like us to ship your order. To see what shipping dates are available please refer to the Calendar at the checkout. Please note that Cake orders may require a longer lead time so please get in touch or our next available collection date.

We do not offer a guaranteed Saturday Delivery option, however, as we use Royal Mail 24 we recommend that you select Thursday or Friday as your shipping date as in most instances your order will arrive next day. If your order does not arrive on the Saturday, please be aware that Royal Mail do not operate on Sundays, so your order won’t arrive until the Monday.

Shipping Cakes

Please note that we do not ship Cakes. Cakes must be collected from our Bakery in Gravesend. Please get in touch by using our contact page to find out the next available collection date.

Our Packaging

As a 100% Vegan owned company we are passionate about helping the environment and so we are always in pursuit of using biodegradable & recycled materials when necessary and innovating new ideas to further improve product safety while in transport.

All of the materials used for packaging can be recycled so please do your best to recycle them, planet Earth needs us!
